High Mileage Gen 7

Hi guys,

i have not owned a celica before, I am looking at one that i think i can get for £1000 ish.

only problem it has 170k miles.

it looks immaculate all things considered. its a 2001 with a premium pack???

thoughts welcomed. I currently have a bmw compact with 90k miles.

never mind its been sold. but i am also looking at a 190 vvtli with 70 k, slight knock in the cam area at 3000-4000 rpm. any ideas?

If you are going to buy a 7th. generation celica go for a post 52 reg one.

Most of the earlier ones had oil burning issues.

ah ok. didnt know that. thanks, on a bit of a budget tbh. so i pretty much got to take what i can get.
