Wobbly

Hi. Now I've had my avensis. For just over a year.

At thirty thousand miles I needed four new tyres. Not a problem had them fitted in late feburary.

Since then I've had a long history going between my local dealer and kwik fit.

So far I've had one new alloy to get rid off the wobble on the back. Which toyota kindly sorted for me.Now I have to have another alloy on the front to get that wobble sorted.

That one I have to pay for.

Any one else had this problem!!!!!

Pot hole damage maybe?

This is one reason I'm glad mine are 14" rims and not 15" or 16"!

Lol I would agree with that, but I've no damage which shows I've hit a pothole.

Just can't wait till next week when it's changed.

Can I bill the government for not maintaining our roads properly loll

Where's all our taxes gone !!!!!!!

I believe you can; You need photographic evidence - I think a piccy of the pothole and of the damage to the wheel - and you can try and claim the cost of the repair/replacement from the local authority of where that pothole is.

And even then you'll probably not get far... I have real issues with the local country lanes in my M3 with 30 profile rubber on 19" wheels!

Gave up and bought a hilux again.

Well today I took the car and had to pay £365 got one brand new alloy.

Still don't believe I've damaged two. Have driven thousands of miles in many vehicles. Must say I really don't think I shall be having a Toyota again if this is how easy they are to damage.

Still think there's a fault in the manufactory . Wait and see when there's a major call back of dodgy alloys.!!!!!!!!!
