Uk Turbo Kit

I hope there isn't already info in the forums already on this but was wondering if there is a uk company that make a turbo kit for a gen 7 vvtli.. I hav found plenty in America but hav heavy shipping costs and r generally made for lhd veh.. Any info appreciated..

there isn't one. The American one will not work on RHD as the whole steering system is in the way. You can get a custom one made, but I hope you have deep pockets.

99% of the FI Gen7 Celicas in the UK are Supercharged because of this reason.

Hmmm.. Not as deep as probabily required.. Iv seen the blitz supercharger kit but that's around 4k.. Any1 no any others?

Se7en Motorsports are the people to speak to. However £4k is what you need to spend MINIMUM!!!!

Not only do you need to buy a kit & get it installed, but you'll also need:

Lowering springs (minimum) or coilovers (maximum)

Uprated brakes all round (minimum) or BBK front & uprated rear (maximum)

Very good branded tyres

ECU tune as you'll need to run an aftermarket ECU (which will be in the kit)

Also to consider is:

Insurance increase

Petrol - As you'll only really be able to use V-Power or Tesco Momentum

More frequent tyre changes

Probably better off selling your car, putting the 4k you would have otherwise spent onto the money you got from your car and then go out and buy something that has the power your are looking for.
