Engine Sway

I own a 1999 Tacoma with a 3.4L engine that has been super charged, and other air flow modifications, but I wondering about the engine sway or rock during rev up.

Is it a good idea to brace the engine to restrict the rocking during acceleration? I have heard about changing out the engine mounts, and was wondering if there are some other options, like a stiffner bar?

Just looking for opinions or suggestions. Thanks.

for a little while after the engine upgrades, I felt the engine rock the truck during acceleration, but it has pretty much tapered off, kind of like the mounts are wearing out, is this a possibility?

I am just trying to prevent a problem that might be developing before it causes damage.
