Drumming Noise

I have a 2002 rav 4. It recently developed a drumming noise when you move the steering wheel to the right. The noise is not there when the wheel is turned to the left or when you steer straight forward. The noise seemed to be coming from the drivers side front wheel. I have had the bearing changed but it hasn't cured problem. Any ideas please
