Just a thumbs up for ToyotaWorld Birmingham

They diagnosed a Head Gasket fault on my 2008 2.0 D4D Avensis, and correctly advised me the engine would be replaced under warranty.

Staff were friendly, helpful, gave me a courtesy car for 3 days, even agreed to replace the clutch at cost price since the labour was covered under the warranty claim.

That was 3 months ago and everything is working perfectly, car was handed back washed & valeted with no issues or niggles resulting from the engine swap, top job !

It's easy to come on a forum and bash the dealer when somethings gone wrong, I've done it, it's easy to complain when they've screwed up. But you never hear much about it when somethings gone right.

Nice to hear good praise for a dealer, well done for speaking up!

That said, I hear more good feedback about dealers on his site, than I have on any other brand specific forum.
