Toyota Liteace 2C-T Clutch Slipping

Most people will say its a bad clutch since everytime i press hard on the throttle (notibly in 1st and 2nd gears) the car revs kinda too much. but heres the problem. i replaced the clutch, pressure plate and bearing all at the same time, also the flywheel was polished. What could still be the problem.

one more thing, the engine is a 2c-t with a 4x4 trans from a toyota liteace. the clutch and p.plate put in are of a simple toyota 2c transmission. is it couse of that???

also i was told that the clutch is not releasing fully due to the slave cylinder being sticky. could that be the reason??
