Dash Display Colour - Can It Be Changed?

Hi, now have a 2008 TR Tourer, and don't particularly like the orange colour of the dash :yucky:

The big question is......... CAN IT BE CHANGED?

Even white would be better.

does anyone know how the dash is lit? is it fibre optics or single bulb? does the colour some from the light source or the dash surface itself?

I maybe wrong but I think that it's SMD LEDs.
