Removing Sun Visor Avensis T25

Does somebody know how to remove sun visor on my Avensis. I tried first to remove plastic trim around main holder but it doesn't move at all. Tried other side clip/holder but doesn't move as well. I want to remove it because I am looking for good place to attach holder of my DVR camera permanently. Does somebody can help if did it before.
