Brakes And Exaust Problems

Hi i have a 2001 190 vvti i been having a problem with the brakes and exaust rattling when im driving on un smooth roads its really annoying any easy solutions?

i think the brake rattle is the metal bit that secures the pads and i know one pin is loose on one of the calipers but the exaust is bothering me

with the brakes im looking to replace the discs soon as they getting past best so i was wondering what would peeps recomend for discs and pads for normal and fast road use that isnt gonna break the bank lol also would i need to replace the standard calipers if i upgrade the discs??

any advice would be great
