Failed M.O.T. on both rear trailing arm bushes, the big pivot ones fitted adjacent to rear of sills. Ordered new ones from Toyota.............want to fit them myself. Anyone done this, and if so how? any help appreciated.....Thanks Ray'

I think I did this years ago - think it needs pressing in, and the old ones heated and knocked out.
