Question Regarding Sequence Of Securing Spare Tire In Well

I had a spill of some milk in the back of my Prius 2010. I removed the spare tire to clean up the mess and once done I proceeded to put everything back only I cannot remember the order of returning and re-securing the the tire. There was a piece of styrofoam left over after I finished. Also I read in the manual it is important to attach the strap to secure the wrench.

Can anyone give me a step by step on how each of the parts are re-secured?
