Update guys Dealer replaced Master Cylinder and clutch is fine now no squeaking at all a lot easier to push clutch pedal down now

Thank you to everyone who helped me with this really appreciate your help this is such a great forum

I've now discovered today my front left handside headlight is badly misting up ;-(

Is this covered under Warrantee from where I bought the car from ?

If I'm correct in saying that the clutch is cable operated and not hydraulic, then it could be the springs on the pressure plate getting stiff and old. It'll probably work just fine like this for yea
