Auris Hsd Gear Selector Light?

Hi,

just realised that the gear selector on my Auris does not light up at night. Unlike all other automaics I have driven. Could you please let me know if it is meant to?

Hi Mark,

If I remember rightly, I believe its simply an image within the stick, and that it wont light up.

I may be wrong, But I believe the Prius is exactly the same.

Hiya Mark the light is an led near the interior front light switch, its angled to shine on the gear lever knob :driving:
