I thought long and hard before deciding on winter tyres...do i really need them ? Is it worth the outlay ? Do they work ? There are a dozen things i could spend my hard earned money on ? A tyres a tyres whichever way you look at it and its only for a couple of months anyway ...How wrong can one be...after much deliberation i decided to go for the little known Vredestein winter4 extreme tyre (lived in Bulgaria for some years so have heard of them) 265/70/r16 that originate from Holland.....had these fitted late November 2013 and waited for the snow and rain...no snow yet but boy have we had some rain?...so... so far my Colorado D4D VX has behaved impeccably on thes exceptional tyres ....I can wholeheartedly recommend these tyres on this forum...be safe this winter give them a try !!...merry christmas. MJC
