Replacing Rear Bumper

Hi

New member on the forum needing advice on how to remove rear bumper and fit replacement following a rather shoddy reversing manoeuvre. I have seen the tech link for reverse sensors which shows the location of the fixings, just enquiring as to anybody's own experiences removing the rear bumper, accessing the fixing points, any problems encountered etc. I am hoping to order a replacement bumper today from an online breakers so looking to fit it early next week. The model year is 2010 which is the bumper with the two round reflectors at the bottom.

Dont know if I'm being dim, but where is the tech drawing? I've got a similar problem and need to replace the rear bumper, was just going to take it to a bodyshop but if it's easy enough I'll have a go.
