Can anyone please advise what the correct type of engine oil is for the 2.2 TD engine.

Synthetic, semi syntetic or good old Duckams

I always thought duckhams was one of the first semi synths.

As I said in the import forum go for the best turbo oil you can afford, I use synthetic in my Hiace, ok it uses more than a thicker oil but I want my motor to last.

i always use Castrol gtd 5w-40 mineral oil on my 2.2td engine,as the lucidia has an oil change light that comes on every 5000km.an as most peple change there oil not as often,i also change the filter at the same time :thumbsup:
