Yes Frosty, we live on the busy 212 just north of Phon Phisai. It is a single carriage way both ways but has half a hard shoulder each side - people try to overtake even in the face of oncoming traffic in the "hope" drivers will move over. Doesn't always work! Had a bad one on Wednesday, a Hilux head on with a D Max. Engines were pushed back into the passenger compartments.
