I Need drivers and passenger seats for 1991 (H) Celica 2.0GT 16v. Trimmed in Blue Fabric. Any ideas/suggestions. I am not interested in paying for new ones at the usual prices.

Could try Toyota Celica Breakers on 01579 383879. Based in Devon but all prices quotes include P&P and vat, they're cheap and reliable with 6 months warranty on anything bought from them...
