Hi this might be silly question but I'm looking to buy a 07/08 avensis and wanted to know if there is a way by looking to spot if engine has been changed, because of the dreaded problems of some 2.2 litre engines.

Ring Toyota with reg, speak to the service department and advice them to look at the warranty system.

I e-mailed customerservices@jemca.toyota.co.uk with a short explanation and the reg and they replied after a few days
