D4D Air Intake - Vibration

Hi All,

Noticed a lot of posts relating to these air boxes and their vibrations. Looking to see what the best solution is.

Mine was fine (mostly) until a recent air filter replacement and has been out of hand since then.

Obviously its comforting to know the issue isn't serious at all, but rattling and vibration noises annoy me more than anything else.

So far I have tried reseating the airbox, using double sided foam tape (which worked but it came loose again) and a metal clip between the two joining surfaces. Unfortunately, when very cold outside, the positive effects of the clip are outdone.

The noise persists at about 1400-1500rpm, and disappearing entirely at 2000rpm.

Any tips appreciated.
