Hi there! My hood is full of scratches (and its my bad) so i wanted to know if it is worth painting only the front of the car...Also i wanted to know how much a rear bump cost cause mine is kinda broken

Try a professional polish; may somebody in your area can do the job properly. Otherwise paint the entire hood and bumper.
