It is called 'site re-targeting' and sites you have already visited track your browsing progress and show you adverts - nothing to do with this site's ownership.

Check your browser settings - especially those for websites and privacy/security. Deleting your browsing history, cookies, etc may help reduce this. Also selecting 'do not track' in privacy settings may help.
