20r Problems

hi how are you doing...i have a 1979 Corona and it has a 20R in it... the only problems i have with it is that A) it leaks oil....alot!...any idea what it could be?....alot of times when the oil is low....i will put some more in....and it will immediately leak it...within a few minutes..it just drops it all...any ideas? B) it also leaks gas from the front....im guessing it has to do w the carb obviously...but im not sure wat exactly it is? any ideas? thanks alot if you respond

might want to check the sump gasket... oil will settle in the sump so if it leaks out even when the engine is off then i would check for a bad sump gasket or a cracked/hole in the sump.

good place to start anyway :)
