Hi Guys need some help my Auris expansion tank has sprung a
leak going to fix this over the weekend what I need to know is how do I bleed
the air out of the system, the sticker on the inside of the bonnet says to fill
up to the B marker but what do I do then?? Do I just run the engine and it will
self bleed with the small black cap on or off? Also I have noticed my heaters
are only luke warm I think there is air in the matrix I can hear a gurgle sometimes
bleeding the system should cure this as well anyone had similar problems, the
expansion tank looks like its leaking from the seam that runs right around the tank
anyone had this problem?? Thanx in advance chaps.

It's meant to be a self bleeding system I know on old cars not sure if would work on a newer car change expansion bottle top up and run with lid off till warm ( put a towel round it to soak any over flow ) and then turn off add lid and try again ... I'm guessing you've not noticed any other leaks
