I have a 2009 Rav 4. It is loud in the back when driving. Dealer wants to put in a new rear coupling (differential) for $1800. A mechanic can put in a used one for $800. Does this happen to a lot of Rav 4s and the risk for using a used one is too high or is this problem rare?
