Electric Problem Ae82 Gt

I have a problem with the wirinig in my Toyota. The engine goes smoothly until about 5000-6000 RPM and then it starts to cut off :( . I cleaned all the connections and plugs connecting computer to injection, it helped a bit, but the problem is still there. Has anyone experienced something like this ???? what is it...., just the cables ???

Is there any alternative to buy the whole wiring for this car, except of course the authorised dealer ( terrible cost in poland ). Maybe someone has it for sale, it can be used, but in good condition... my cables are almost dead....

THX for help...

could be something to do with the TVIS system. the second throttle only opens after 5000rpm, which is where you're experiencing problems, so maybe try looking at that.

it cuts out only for a small margin of a second, and then comes back again with full power.... during the cutout the "check engine" lamp flashes. if U put more RPM it starts to cut out more often.

Do U think the TVIS can make the check engine lamp turn on ?

 i don't know, unfortunately. it would seem as if it was something to do with that system, what with you saying it happens around 5000rpm. did you change the HT leads? although, it doesn't sound like them tbh.

sorry i can't help you more!
