Cig Lighter Not Working; But, Fuse Is Good

I have a 2007 yaris. I stupidly tried to plug in an external heater to the cig lighter. It worked for a second and stopped. No problem I thought -- it just blew the fuse.

The fuse is fine.

Now of course my GPS won't charge.

Is there a second fuse somewhere? The manual only lists the blue 15 fuse. I went ahead and checked all of the blue 15 fuses to be safe (in the cab and under the hood).

No joy.

I need my power restored. Everything else works fine.

Thoughts?
