Please tell me I'm not crazy!

I need some help.
I bought a car mid October last year. A Toyota rav 4. Since the day I bought it, I have an issue with the tyre pressure sensor. In addition to this, since December, I have been having intermittent power loss issues. Then about 3 weeks back, on the way to work, 4 warning lights and the engine management light came on and the car went into limp mode. It was discovered to be the diesel particle filter. It went back to the dealer on 3 occasions before they finally decided to flush the filter. This cured all my scary lights on the dash, however, since then it has been having major power loss. It seems  most times when I accelerate, it doesn't have the power to move properly until the turbo kicks in. This can be quite dangerous on occasions as I find when I pull away from a junction, I can put my foot flat on the floor and it just crawls along till the turbo kicks in. A good 3-5 seconds or so. Thing is, it doesn't do it every time.
So, back to the dealer it goes and they say they can't find anything wrong with it.
I then decide to bypass the dealer and go straight to the warranty people, who book me into a Halfords garage. Now the very nice man there tells me when he went out in it he felt the power loss, so much so he nearly had an accident. However, because the car is not showing any fault codes the warranty people will not pay out so there is nothing more he can do.
So, car goes back to the dealer on Wednesday for them to tell me 3 people drove it and they couldn't find anything wrong. One guy even took it home overnight with him to see if he could find anything. Nothing.
Now today they tell me they are getting an electrical specialist in tomorrow to have a look. I told them I have a few errands to run tonight so I'll bring it back tomorrow.
Low and behold, pulling out of the **** dealer forecourt, I get a power loss. And many more on the way home.

Now I feel like they all think I'm stupid and are all laughing at me. So i stopped off at Halfords and asked the man there to write me a statement saying what he found wrong with the car as he is the only one who seems to give a **** and believes me.

If this specialist finds nothing again tomorrow, what would be my next move? As I only have 3 weeks left on my warranty...

Just a suggestion: Give it a good hammering. I mean drive it hard through all the gears and give it a high speed run down the motorway for about 30 miles. If necessary keep it in the lower gears to keep the revs up above 3,000 rpm. If you don't feel comfortable driving it like that get a friend to do it. My logic is it might develop the fault to the point where it is repeatable or it might even clear the fault.
