Noise in 1st gear if clutch is depressed -TSB

My 2010 rav4 ( 80K miles) makes a Noise in 1st Gear if depressed the clutch , Noise goes away if I change to 2nd gear or Neutral.

Noise feels like something free is moving.

I took the car to my local Toyota dealer and they are saying that there is TSB in reference to the noise in variation of layshaft. As per them there is no need to repair as it is not going to cause any issues.

However dealer refused to share the TSB itself. Just wondering if noise is indeed normal and how to get hold of TSB ?
