loss of power when engine is warm

Hi everyone, need help asap, I have a 2004 Avensis estate, when engine get up to temperature  I lose acceleration, had been told that it was the fuel filter so that has been changed, still no luck in getting the problem sorted, then was told a sensor ( I think) that regulates air flow to the turbo, that was changed still no luck, today after fitting the sensor (?) took it for a run when pulled up and put into 1st it didn't want to pull away properly and stalled and sounded rough, can anybody please please help get it sorted. thank Dave

Have you tried cleaning the EGR valve?
