Toyota Verso 2011 / radio / bluetooth problems

Hello, i have an issue with toyota verso radio. Couple years ago i managed to connect my phone to bluetooth (everything worked well), recently i bought new phone and tried to connect my new phone, but somehow BTA crashed and buttons are not working,so i cannot turn off BTA and turn on radio, although if i insert CD-it plays music, i can change songs and so on, but still cannot use radio function. Does anyone know how to restart radio or has any other suggestions?

Hi, i have a problem like yours and when i press de plastic down to the cd entrance they run ok... I take the radio from the car and opened, and clean the contacts from the front panel... Everything runs ok...
