Rav4 Mk1 rear drum squeak when hot.

Hi all. Wonder if anyone can help - my mk1 1996 Rav4 drums are continuously squeaking after about 20/30mins of driving where they get incredibly hot. I know it's the rear drums as if I pull the Handbrake a little whilst driving to a stop it makes the same squeak. It isn't a  constant singular squeak rather a "patterned" repetitive squeak, suggesting it's hitting a certain spot on rotation which is causing the noise.

I've had it in at Toyota themselves who decided it may be the rear flexible brake hose and charged me £200 to replace the hoses. Purely guess work and this hasn't helped. Quite frankly I'm not happy with Toyota not being able to find the issue.

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it. It's driving me crazy.
