Avensis tail light prolem

I have toyota avensis d4d from 2005, and I have noticed that driver side two of all three bulbs dont work, the red one and parking light doesnt work but blinker works fine. When I turn on rear fog lights the red one starts working, passenger side lamps work great. I am wondering should I just change these two bulbs kor it might be something else?
