Front centre vents not working

I’ve got a Auris 2015 hybrid.
I have a issue with the vent system. The two front centre vents don’t blow any air while the side front two vents do blow air. I’ve tried to check everything I can, ive checked all setting direction possible, I’ve taken the head unit out and I’ve taken the cabin filter out to check the filter which seems due for a change so I’ve replaced it but even with the new filter the front centre vents aren’t blowing no air. I’m baffled with this issue so if anyone can advise please do much appreciated.
