Today's morning i startup the car and i noticed that it starts at low RPM then increased to 2000 RPM then drops gradually when the car starts to warm up as shown in the video, in normal situation the car starts at high RPM like 2000 or less a little bit then drops gradually when engine getting warm.

I changed spark plugs, cleaned throttle body, MAF sensor and changed air filter and still the problem there, also i made idle relearn and still problem there,

This issue is not always happening, sometimes shows up and disappear.

My car is Toyota Avensis T25 2008 1.6L

I can't view your video, but yes the car should start up at 2000rpm and slowly drop to about 750rpm as it warms up.  Could be a faulty coolant temp sensor. I would put Techstream on it and look at live data (coolant temp, air temp, percent throttle open).
