@flash22 i have the same problem as described many times here... When i get a incoming call it will go to my phone speaker instead of the car audio. Can you sent me the update?

My current version is: 

Audio: 8.10

Operating system 1: 8.10

Operating system 2: 8.14

Hi all,

The following error occurs while plugging my phone with USB to the system: "USB-Device is not compatible". I can't use Android Auto this way.  I have not tested an iPhone yet.

Does someone know what to do?

That is a current version, try another cable and make sure the app on the phone is up to date i assume you have set up the connection correctly

Hmm so far I have tried it with multiple cables but it still doesn't work. The app is up to date. My phone is old though, it's a oneplus 6t. Anymore tips?

you need to set the connection type on your phone if not try going into developer mode and turn on USB debugging

So I managed to find the solution to my problem. The previous owner installed this 3 button headunit, however he didn't do it well. So I took the radio out and plugged it like it is stated below in the picture. Now it is working well!

That will do it, the x-nax is not compatible with the triple play
