2011 Avensis T Spirit upgrading maps

Hi

My wife's T Spirit has the Touch Plus system and by the software version (2.11.H) I'm guessing that the maps haven't been updated since new (ie never).  I created a "My Toyota" account for her but that was not much help.  Does anyone know if map updating is possible?

It used to be possible to update these earlier satnavs online via MyToyota. However the updates were supplied by a third party provider, the contract between them and Toyota ended in December 2020, and from that point the online updates through My Toyota stopped. I gather that dealers can still update the maps if you take the car in, but I've no idea how much that costs. I know that the online update used to cost £109 so I can't see it being any cheaper than that...

I've noticed that someone on eBay is now selling Spring 2021 updates for these for £35 so may be worth a try, but presumably its an 'unofficial' version.
