Hello. 

So, I bought a 2008 Avensis T24 D4D. The passenger side only blows cold air. 

I started troubleshooting, removed the glove box and noticed that the temperature mix motor works fine but the plastic lever to the blend door was loose from it. I tried to manually turn the lever on the blend door and it is very loose, no resistance at all when turning it, and the temperature does not change at all when I manually turn it. 

Anyone encountered this problem in the past? It feels like the plastic lever is not connected to the actual blend door.
