Water in the drivers door

Hi Everyone , I have water in drivers door has any one experienced this , how do you remove this ?

Check the drain holes on the underside of the door are not blocked. Best to check your other doors as well.

Hi Frosty , I have checked all of these , twice and no joy .... i just don't want mess up the electrics for the window . etc  please advise where else i can try

Tristan, how do you know? 

I don't know your door construction but one car I owned had a plastic damp proof liner on the inside of the door metal between that and the interior liner. 

That could, potentially, have slipped and held water.

Use a  rod or thin screwdriver to clear the drains

how do you know it's in the door ? it could well be in the floor pan - check the foot wells in the back of the car, if you have a sloshing sound while driving make sure there isn't a bottle of liquid stuck under the seat or in the boot
