Does any one know of a firm that understands the heating / a/c control system of an avensis

The system works intermittently, Toyota main dealer cannot resolve. Suspect a sensor is failing.  It needs someone that understands the heating / a/c control system.

A/c or climate (automatic A/c) did they find any codes in the HVAC system, what is the system doing/not doing ?
