Hi i have a toyota hybrid VVTI hatchback 2018 and it said that it would come with a satnav and all of that stuff and i have got the car and when i press satnav it says function not available even when it said it would come with it i was expecting to have it as it is 2018 and cars before 2018 have that aswell so please can you explain how to fix this

Moved to the Prius forum.

By the sound of it, the sat nav module isn't fitted, and as far as I'm aware, wasn't standard on all grades.

So is yours a UK spec car, and what grade Prius is yours??
