Hi @Bill65, 

If it helps, I had the same issue with MyT App, I contacted with Toyota Customer Services phone in Spain, (I'm located here) and they took care about it. It took a couple of weeks but it was solved. I did not reinstalled the App, they fixed something in the servers and all commeted functionalities suddenly appeared.

Toyota contact person gave a great incidence follow up and she call me several times to check if everything was fine. Great service, thank you.
