How to stop repeated audio message

Hi,

My Toyota C-HR (2017) car audio system repeatedly saying "Please replace with a new card" (Japanese to English Translation). I thought it was a problem with SD/navigation card. Then, I removed SD/navigation card, but still it is saying repeatedly the same voice message from the left-side door speaker. Does anyone know how to solve it? Thanks in advance!
