Relay failure

I'm looking for the relay that buzzes when you forget the lights on. 

My park lights, rear red lights,fog lamps, dash board lights and buzzer relay does not work now. I heard a crackling sound when using the spot lights continuously on a long road trip. Now its obviously broken. I checked all the fuses.  Even the 1s under the dash board on the passenger side.

Sounds like you have problem with headlight stalk, check that the wiring is plugged in correctly
