Toyota Touch 2 with go and "navigation is not available"

Hi everyone, I have a 2018 Toyota C-HR with Toyota Touch 2 with Go, a few months ago I removed the original infotainment to install a Dasaita.
Since I am having a bad time with the Dasaita I decided to put the TT2 back in and today I put everything back in properly, however from the first boot I noticed that it works EVERYTHING but it doesn't find the navigator and says "Navigation is not available in your system".

What can it be? Would someone be able to tell me what is the cable from the navigation module that goes to TT2 so I can check for bad contacts?

Thank you in advance!

Hi, the navigation module is a physically added on unit attached to the Toyota Touch with Go 2. Possibly it has become loose or isn’t connected.

if you search it up, you’ll find these for sale used to get a good look at it and how it fits together.

as far as I know units without nav are the same only without the module.

if yours is saying this I’d say there’s an issue with that connection
