Engine heat shield

My 2016 2.0 D4D 2WW engine  Avensis . At the last service Toyota pointed out that the heat shield which comes up the fire wall behind engine and protrudes just over the clip on engine cover. is frayed at the edge and needs replaced,they have quoted £582.00 to replace this. Anybody know how much this part is and is it easy to fit. Its a fabric type of material which is compressed and black in colour. Any help much appreciated.

Mine is the same. Often wondered about replacing. It doesn’t seem to be getting any worse over the last 2 years…..
