How to delete previous owner from Multi media unit

I've bought a nearly new Corolla and the Previous Owner's profile is still set up as the master. The "reset" option is greyed out.

What can I do to solve this? I'd like to factory reset the unit so that I can start again and set myself up as the master user.

How do I do this, please?

The previous owner/dealer  shoukd have deleted their profile.  Visit the dealer who will be able to do it.
