Noise from IQ automatic transmission

My 2009 IQ makes a loud grating noise especially on the overrun. I was advised to change the gearbox oil but this gave no benefit. The car runs well otherwise. No brake problem. Can someone advise on next steps please? Thanks, David

What colour was the fluid and what fluid did you put back in it ?

I'm not sure. Sorry. The garage used the Toyota recommended fluid.

garage job description says: "replenished cvt gearbox fluid adding 2x frte att treatments."
