As it says.....I  need to source a front replacement windscreen for a 2008 Toyota Noah 2.0 SI

Autoglass have been messing me about for a month......despite taking my money

Any links would be great.....also links to wheels with a 70mm hub...on a 114.3 x 5 nut spread

oem wheel size is PCD 5x114.3 Centre bore 60.1mm, et50

Rav4 gen 3 09-16 will fit unless you want to go aftermarket have a look at https://www.rimstyle.com/

as for glass you will have to call around, most companies will not ship glass from Japan
